Same taste as the sparkling Rosé (10.5% vol.), which is present in a pinkish shade and with a pleasant and fruity smell.

Grape production area

The province of Modena, where "Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelverde" wines are produced, has a typically continental climate, due to the influence of the Apennine chain.

Specificity and historical notes

Lambrusco is considered the autochthonous vine par excellence, because the "vitis Lambrusca", mentioned by Catone, Varrone and Plinio, were wild vines that grew spontaneously. Only later did it begin to be cultivated in its own right.
